The following was deposited with the Clerk and laid upon the table:  Report of the National Arts Centre, together with the Auditor General’s Report, for the fiscal year ended August 31, 2013, pursuant to the National Arts Centre Act, R.S. 1985, c. N-3, sbs. 17(2).

An emergency debate was held in the House on the important matter requiring urgent consideration, namely, grain transportation.

Bill C-201, An Act to amend the Income Tax Act (travel and accommodation deduction for tradespersons) was negatived following a recorded division of 126 yeas and 149 nays.
