Bill C-15, Strengthening Military Justice in the Defence of Canada Act, continued to be debated at second reading. 

The report of a Canadian parliamentary delegation concerning its visit to the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland from February 20 to 22, was presented. 

The report entitled, "Canada's engagement in Afghanistan 14th and final report to Parliament," was presented. 

Bill C-24, Canada–Panama Economic Growth and Prosperity Act, continued to be debated at second reading. 

The government tabled its responses to two petitions.

The following was deposited with the Clerk and laid upon the table: Report on the administration and enforcement of the fish habitat protection and pollution prevention provisions of the Fisheries Act for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2011, pursuant to the Fisheries Act, R.S. 1985, c. F-14, sbs. 42.1(1).
