The Report of the Canadian Joint Delegation of the Canada-China Legislative Association and the Canada-Japan Interparliamentary Group respecting of participation at the 32nd General Assembly of the Asian Interparliamentary Assembly which was held in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, September 18-24, 2011, was presented.  

The Standing Committee on Human Resources, Skills and Social Development and the Status of Persons with Disabilities presented its Third Report, Federal Support Measures to Adoptive Parents. 

The Standing Committee on Fisheries and Oceans presented its Second Report, Support for the Canadian Seal Industry. 

Bill C-23, Canada–Jordan Economic Growth and Prosperity Act), continued to be debated at second reading, a recorded division was deferred until Monday, March 5, 2012.

NDP MP Nathan Cullen (Skeena-Bulkley Valley, BC) introduced a Private Members' Bill entitled, An Act to amend the Royal Canadian Mounted Police Act (Civilian Investigation Service). Bill C-403 was read a first time.

Bill C-293, An Act to amend the Corrections and Conditional Release Act (vexatious complainants), continued to be debated at second reading.
