The Treaties entitled, "the International Convention for the Suppression of Acts of Nuclear Terrorism, and Explanatory Memorandum, dated April 13, 2005," and "the Amendment to the Convention on the Physical Protection of Nuclear Material, and Explanatory Memorandum, dated July 8, 2005," was presented. 

The Treaty entitled, "the Agreement between the Government of Canada and the Government of the United States of America Extending the Softwood Lumber Agreement between the Government of Canada and the Government of the United States of America, as amended, and Explanatory Memorandum, dated January 23, 2012," was presented. 

Bill C-25, Pooled Registered Pension Plans Act, continued to be debated at second reading, read a second time and referred to the Standing Committee on Finance, following a recorded division. 

The Standing Committee on Health presented its Third Report, Bill C-314, An Act respecting the awareness of screening among women with dense breast tissue, without amendment.

Bill C-314, Breast Density Awareness Act, was reported back from the Standing Committee on Health.

The following was deposited with the Clerk and laid upon the table: Five-Year Review and Report to Parliament of the Board of Governors of the Canada School of Public Service for the years 2006 to 2011, pursuant to the Canada School of Public Service Act, S.C. 1991, c. 16, sbs. 19(4).  

Bill C-313, An Act to amend the Food and Drugs Act (non-corrective cosmetic contact lenses), continued to be debated at second reading, was read a second time and referred to the Standing Committee on Health.
