The Standing Committee on Procedure and House Affairs presented its Ninety-seventh Report, Regulations Respecting the Non-Attendance of Members by Reason of Maternity or Care for a New-Born or Newly-Adopted Child.

The Standing Committee on Health tabled its Twenty-sixth report. 

Bill C-88, An Act to amend the Mackenzie Valley Resource Management Act and the Canada Petroleum Resources Act and to make consequential amendments to other Acts, was concurred in at report stage with a recorded division of 194 yeas and 77 nays. 

Bill S-203, An Act to amend the Criminal Code and other Acts (ending the captivity of whales and dolphins), was debated and read a third time.
