Prime Minister Mark Carney (Nepean, Ont.) met with a bipartisan delegation of United States senators in Ottawa. The delegation included Democratic Senators Ron Wyden from Oregon, Maggie Hassan from New Hampshire, and Catherine Cortez Masto from Nevada, and Republican Senator Lisa Murkowski from Alaska. They discussed the steel industry, defence and security, illegal drug smuggling and securing the border.
