The following Interparliamentary Delegations reports were tabled:  The report of the Canadian Delegation of the Canada-China Parliamentary Association respecting its participation at the co-chairs annual visit to China of the Canada-China Legislative Association held in Beijing, Shanghai, Wuxi and Nanjing, the People’s Republic of China, August 30 to September 6, 2014.

The House Standing Committee on Procedure and House Affairs presented its Thirty-Second Report, Changes to membership of Standing and Standing Joint Committees.

The report of the Chief Elections Officer on alternative signatures was tabled.

Bill S-7, Zero Tolerance for Barbaric Cultural Practices Act, was debated at second reading.

The motion on Parliamentary precinct security continued to be debated and was accepted following a recorded division of 138 yeas and 82 nays.

The House Standing Committee on Public Safety and National Security presented its Ninth Report, Social Finance as it Relates to Crime Prevention in Canada.
