The Speaker declared null and void three amendments that added clauses 2.1, 9.1 and 19.1 and three amendments to Clauses 8, 9 and 18 in Bill C-11, Military Justice System Modernization Act, as adopted by the Standing Committee on National Defence, and ordered that they be struck from the bill as reported and that the bill be reprinted.

Bill C-10, Commissioner for Modern Treaty Implementation Act, was debated at report stage and was concurred in at report stage.
