The Standing Senate Committee on Legal and Constitutional Affairs presented its Eleventh Report on Bill S-10, An Act to amend the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act and to make related and consequential amendments to other Acts, with amendments.

Bill S-220, An Act to amend the Official Languages Act (communications with and services to the public), continued to be debated at second reading. 

Bill C-36, Canada Consumer Product Safety Act, was debated at second reading.

Bill C-302, Italian-Canadian Recognition and Restitution Act, was debated at second reading. 

Bill S-209, National Day of Service Act, was debated at second reading.
