Bill C-4, Making Life More Affordable for Canadians Act, was debated at second reading, was adopted at second reading and referred to the Senate Committee on Legal and Constitutional Affairs.

Bill C-19, Canada Groceries and Essentials Benefit Act, was introduced and read a first time.

The Standing Senate Committee on Banking, Commerce and the Economy presented its second report, Out of Reach: Unlocking Canada’s housing affordability crisis.
