The Standing Senate Committee on Social Affairs, Science and Technology presented its Thirty-second Report, Bill C-376, An Act to designate the month of April as Sikh Heritage Month.

Bill C-262, An Act to ensure that the laws of Canada are in harmony with the United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples (United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples Act), continued to be debated at second reading.

Bill C-85, An Act to amend the Canada-Israel Free Trade Agreement Implementation Act and to make related amendments to other Acts, was read a second time and was referred to the Senate Standing Committee on Foreign Affairs and International Trade.

Bill C-75, An Act to Amend the Criminal Code, the Youth Criminal Justice Act and other Acts and to make consequential amendments to other Acts, continued to be debated at second reading, was read a second time and was referred to the Senate Standing Committee on Legal and Constitutional Affairs.

Bill C-83, An Act to amend the Corrections and Conditional Release Act and another Act, was debated at second reading.
