The Standing Senate Committee on National Finance presented its Twenty-fifth Report, Final Report on the Supplementary Estimates (C), 2017-18, and its Twenty-sixth Report, Final Report on the 2018-19 Interim Estimates.

The Senate will resume sitting on Tuesday, March 27, at 2:00 p.m.

Bill C-45, An Act respecting cannabis and to amend the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act, the Criminal Code and other Acts, continued to be debated at second reading, was read a second time and was referred to the Standing Senate Committee on Social Affairs, Science and Technology.

Bill S-247, An Act to establish International Mother Language Day (International Mother Language Day Act), was introduced and read a first time.

Bill S-206, An Act to amend the Criminal Code (protection of children against standard child-rearing violence), continued to be debated at second reading.
