The Senate Standing Committee on Legal and Constitutional Affairs presented its Twenty-Ninth Report, Bill C-26, An Act to amend the Criminal Code, the Canada Evidence Act and the Sex Offender Information Registration Act, to enact the High Risk Child Sex Offender Database Act and to make consequential amendments to other Acts, without amendment.

Bill C-643, An Act to establish National Spinal Cord Injury Awareness Day, was read a first time.

Bill C-52, Safe and Accountable Rail Act, was debated at second reading.

Bill C-51, Anti-terrorism Act, continued to be debated at third reading.
