The Senate Standing Committee on Transport and Communications presented its Eleventh Report, User Fee Proposal. 

Bill S-223, An Act to amend the Constitution Act, 1867 and the Parliament of Canada Act (Speakership of the Senate), continued to be debated at second reading.

Bill C-518, Protecting Taxpayers and Revoking Pensions of Convicted Politicians Act, continued to be debated at second reading, was read a second time and referred to the Senate Standing Committee on Standing Committee on Rules, Procedures and the Rights of Parliament.

Bill S-220, Intelligence and Security Committee of Parliament Act, continued to be debated at second reading
